Yaringa Boat Harbour is an easy drive from Melbourne via Monash Freeway, then take the Western Port Highway turnoff. At the Bungower Road roundabout turn left and continue to the five-way intersection between Bungower Road, Tyabb-Tooradin Road and Whitneys Roads. Take Whitneys Road (which becomes Lumeah Road) and Yaringa Boat Harbour is located at the end of the road.
Yaringa Boat Harbour is approximately 15 minutes from Frankston or 10 minutes from Hastings.
By Sea
The Yaringa Boat Harbour channel is easily found off Watson’s Inlet, in the north west corner of Western Port. Watson’s Inlet entrance is marked with a red beacon (Fl.R3s) and continues north for 1 kilometre. Watson’s Inlet meets the Yaringa Boat Harbour channel at 90 degrees, turn west and follow markers into marina. Note: A 5 knot speed limit applies in the Yaringa channel.
A mooring bouy is provided in Watson’s Inlet 50m north of the Yaringa channel for all customers to use on a casual basis.
Yaringa Boat Harbour is approximately twenty nautical miles from Bass Strait.
